Seller Information: If you apply as a seller, we collect your business name, ABN, business address, bank account details (processed by Stripe), and identity verification documents.
Transaction Information: When you place or receive an order, we collect order details, shipping addresses, payment amounts, transaction timestamps, and communication between buyers and sellers related to the transaction.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Services, including IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, search queries, and time spent on pages.
Support Communications: Messages, attachments, and metadata submitted through our support ticket system.

We never store your credit card details on our servers. All payment data is processed entirely by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your financial information is encrypted, tokenised, and handled in compliance with the highest security standards. Car Parts Marketplace has zero access to your raw card number, CVV, or bank account details.
When you place an order, your payment is held securely. Sellers only receive funds after the order is confirmed, protecting both buyers from fraudulent sellers and sellers from payment disputes.
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authenticate your account. These are strictly necessary for the Services to function and cannot be disabled. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
