By accessing or using Car Parts Marketplace and its associated services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

All transactions are between buyers and sellers. We facilitate the marketplace but are not a party to any transaction.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Platform Fee: We charge a 2.7% + $0.30 platform fee on each completed sale. This fee is deducted from the seller's payout.
Stripe Processing Fee: Stripe charges a separate processing fee of 1.75% + $0.30 for Australian domestic cards.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring their Stripe account is active and properly configured for payouts.

The Services, including all software, content, trademarks, and design elements, are the property of Car Parts Marketplace and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services in accordance with these terms.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Car Parts Marketplace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Services.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
