Return policies are set by individual sellers. Each listing shows the seller's return policy before you buy.

When a buyer requests a return, you'll see it in your Orders dashboard under the Returns tab. Review the request and take action.

1. The buyer submits a return request with a reason and description.
2. You'll see a pending return with the order details and buyer's message.
3. Approve — provide a prepaid return label and confirm the return. The buyer ships the part back.
4. Reject — if the return doesn't meet your policy or the reason is invalid, you can reject it. The buyer can escalate to support.
5. Once you confirm receipt of the returned part, the refund is processed.
